If you’re not tech-savvy and the thought of doing your own backups, plugin updates and editing content in WordPress gives you the heebie-jeebies, my flexible maintenance package is available whenever you need to make changes to your website!

We’ll NEVER lock you in to a monthly obligation like some other studios do – this service is here, ready and waiting for you whenever you need it!

As well as doing a backup of your website and plugin updates, Luke (my web-guru husband) will make up to 3 content changes from this list of popular requests:

• Edit heading text, body copy or CTA button
• Add a new image or swap an image (inc. optimisation)
• Change one banner (text and image)
• Add a new content section
• Add a new form/edit an existing form
• Add/edit a mail list form (Mailchimp/Active Campaign/MailerLite etc)
• Add a blog post (max. 1 per Web Care package)
• Add product listings to your store (max. 2 per Web Care package)

After you place your Web Care order, I’ll be in touch to ask about all the things we need from you to get started. Pending timely feedback, we’d aim to do everything roughly within two weeks.

NOTES:

• Web Care is ONLY available for my clients whose website we have built from the ground up.
• It’s really important to do regular-ish backups and plugin updates so please factor this in to your to-do list either monthly or bi-monthly – whether you do it or we do, is entirely up to you but it does need doing!
